Fusion fit out a new building with lighting, power and a fire system within a short and challenging timescale.
When Leicester University acquired a plot of land, they asked Fusion to help to convert a building at the Brookfield Campus to accommodate the Estates team.
Brookfield Campus is an easy 15-minute walk from the central campus. It is an enclosed site with several buildings, a large car park and mature gardens with a pond. Our task was to fit out a new building with lighting, power and a fire system within a short and challenging timescale.
The project was fulfilled under a JCT Intermediate building contract, taking just nine weeks from start to finish.
