We are actively looking for a Renewables Supervisor to join our project managing team focussing on Solar PV & renewable installs but would be able to also support other electrical projects where required. You must have prior experience in the Electrical contracting industry or renewables industry, as well as running a small team of engineers.
With our growing renewables market, we are looking for you to design, estimate and manage the commercial and residential costing for PV & Battery storage systems.
You will then principally project manage all renewable projects for the company working within the companies MCS accredited guidelines.
The candidate will be required to attend external site visits with our clients to develop a comprehensive design for the customer’s needs,
You will manage and negotiate with the supply chain & subcontractors and reflect a positive professional image whilst representing Fusion.
· Supervising a team of renewable installation engineers
· Supervising PV installation projects (domestic, one offs, and commercial)
· Supervising ground and air source heat pumps as well as EV charging point projects.
· Accountable for financial targets, KPI's, budgets and project time scales
· Producing and altering technical drawings
· Managing and organising labour and work requirement
· Site visits, quality checks and safety audits
· Pre-start surveying of all job types.
· Producing documents such as RAMS, data sheets, programs, commissioning documents, logbooks, emergency processes, etc.
· NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations or equivalent
· AM2

· 18th Edition Update
· Full Clean UK Driving License
